[ Min 200 Words ] |[/b] I have been apart of many Communities as a staff member, i know ulx like the back of my hand, im trust worthy, friendly and approachable, im great with people and i know how to handle any situation, wether it be rda, rdm, you name it, i can handle the situation with a calm manner and not let it get too out of hand.  From Previous Experiences, i have dealt With; Minges, Propblockers, Spammers, Script-Kiddies, DDoS'ers, Mass-Everything'Ers. I know how to deal with any person that comes onto a server just to cause mischeif.  I have a lot of experience with staff managing, i have lead my own server and have contributed to many in the past, im a good role model, im reliable, outgoing and will never say no to any task, im approachable and happy. I can concentrate in admin sits and can reach a justified conclusion quickly, i can be taught easily and can learn quickly. And i have also noticed that this sever is brand new and would be looking for staff, i can will this position, you cant count on me to be on frequently and you can tell me to do anything and i will do it. I am also very good freinds with the server developer, mitch. and he suggested that i should apply for staff.
